Questions
Where do ocean monuments generate?
In deep ocean biomes. The map only marks those that fit the ocean at that spot in your version.
Why go to a monument?
For sponges, prismarine, sea lanterns and dark prismarine, and the elder guardians that drop wet sponge and cause mining fatigue.
What should I bring?
Water breathing or a conduit, a good sword and food. Guardians hit hard in the corridors.
