Terms of Service

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

Last updated 27 October 2026. These terms are between you and the person who runs Saryno ("Saryno", "we"). By creating an account or using Saryno you agree to them.

A note first. Saryno is a passion project, built and run by one person who is always trying to make it better. That means some things may be rough, odd or change without much warning, and we would love to hear about them at [email protected]. We take your servers seriously, but please read section 9 and keep your own backups.

1. The service

Saryno rents you Minecraft: Java Edition servers (Paper, Vanilla and other software we list) and the tools to run them. You run the server; we run the machines. You also need your own copy of Minecraft to play, and every player who joins must have a genuine, paid-for copy.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16, give a working email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for what happens on your servers. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

3. Free and paid memory

Every account gets 1 GB of memory free. The free server may be put to sleep when nobody is online and has time limits shown on the plans page. More memory is sold by the GB, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the plans page when you buy. Paid servers stay on. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.

4. Payment and renewal

Who you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card, the receipt and any tax shown at checkout. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment, and your statement may show Stripe's name. We provide the service and are responsible for it, and you can always ask us for help or a refund at [email protected].

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can change the amount of memory at any time; the difference is charged or credited for the rest of the period. You can cancel in your dashboard (Cards and invoices); you keep what you paid for until the end of the period. If a payment fails we retry for a few days; if it still fails your paid memory ends and your paid servers are stopped. Your data is kept for 3 days before it is deleted, so you can pay and start again.

5. Refunds

See the Refund and cancellation policy.

6. What you may not do

You may not use Saryno to:

  • break the law, or host or share illegal content;
  • run gambling, pornography, hate or other content that is not suitable for all ages, or anything that harms the Minecraft brand (Mojang's rules for servers require this);
  • send spam, attack other systems or networks, scan ports, mine cryptocurrency or run proxies and VPNs;
  • host malware or phishing, or evade the limits of your plan;
  • sell advantages that break Mojang's usage guidelines (for example capes, or pay-to-win that ruins other players' experience), or hide or change Minecraft's EULA prompts.

If you charge players on your server you are responsible for following those guidelines, for your players' data and for your own taxes. We may investigate abuse and give information to the authorities when the law requires.

7. Your content

Your worlds, plugins, files and settings belong to you. You give us permission to store, copy and run them so that we can provide the service (including backups and moving a server between machines). You promise you have the right to use everything you upload. Plugins and files you install are your responsibility: we do not review them.

8. Mojang's EULA

You must accept the Minecraft EULA to create a server. Saryno is an independent service. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

9. Availability and backups

We aim to keep servers running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We take care of the machines, but you are responsible for your own backups: use the backup feature on paid memory and download copies of anything you cannot lose.

10. Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost players or lost income, or for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit (including for death, personal injury, fraud, or consumer rights you cannot waive).

11. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, with notice when we can. If you start a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account until it is resolved. You may stop using Saryno and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. We will email you about important changes before they apply; if you keep using Saryno afterwards you accept them. If you do not agree you can cancel.

13. The law

These terms do not take away any rights you have by law as a consumer where you live, which stay as they are. If we cannot agree on a problem, please write to us first: most things can be sorted out with a conversation.
