Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 27 October 2026. Saryno is a passion project run by one person, so refunds are decided by a person who would rather you were happy than out of pocket.
Who handles the money
Payments are processed by Stripe. You ask us for a refund (at [email protected]), we approve it, and it is paid back to the card you paid with. You do not need to contact Stripe first.
Cancel any time
Cancel from your dashboard (Billing, then Cards and invoices). You keep your memory until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge you again. Cancelling is not the same as asking for a refund.
14-day money-back
If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase at [email protected] and we will refund it in full. This covers both monthly and yearly plans and applies once per account.
EU and EEA customers: your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Your memory is available immediately, so when you buy you ask us to start the service right away and you accept that:
- if you withdraw within the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for the time the service has already been provided, and we refund the rest;
- the right to withdraw is lost once the service has been fully provided.
You give this consent with a tick box at checkout. To withdraw, email [email protected] (or use any clear statement): no special form is needed.
After the first 14 days
We do not refund the current period, except where the law requires it or where the service failed and we could not fix it. If you reduce your memory, Stripe credits the unused part to your next invoice. Credits are not paid out in cash.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If you start a chargeback, we may suspend the account until it is settled.
How refunds are paid
To the card or method you paid with, through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 working days of approval. Your bank decides when it shows up on your statement.
