Work out the XP points between two levels, and the command to give them.

The formulas
Total points to reach level L: up to level 16 it is L squared plus 6L. From 17 to 31 it is 2.5 L squared minus 40.5 L plus 360. From 32 it is 4.5 L squared minus 162.5 L plus 2220.
Points to go from level L to L+1: 2L+7 up to level 15, then 5L minus 38 up to level 30, then 9L minus 158.
Questions
How much XP is level 30?
A total of 1395 points from zero. The next level then needs 112 more.
How do I give a player XP with a command?
Use /xp add Name 100 points to add points, or /xp add Name 5 levels to add whole levels. /xp set sets it, and /xp query shows it.
Why do higher levels cost more?
The cost per level steps up at levels 16 and 31, so each level from 31 on needs 9 more points than the last.
